An elegant 12 year old Highland Single Malt finished in special Sherry casks, balancing the nutty flavours of Oloroso with the sweet influence of rich Pedro Ximénez.
Under the watchful eye of our master distillers, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, complementing our house style of chocolate, orange, and spice.
This whisky is then fully finished in casks that previously held a unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore – a blend of aged Oloroso and rich sweet Pedro Ximénez, the recipe created to provide the perfect enhancement to our house style.
The result is a stunning and elegant single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.
